** Return & Refund Policy

At Gracetrade Egypt, we are committed to providing reliable pre-owned and refurbished technology products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions.

** Return Eligibility **

A return request may be accepted if:

- The product is returned in the same condition in which it was delivered.
- The product has not been physically damaged, misused, modified, or repaired by the customer.
- All original accessories, cables, manuals (if provided), and packaging are included.
- Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is provided.

Return requests may be refused if the product shows signs of misuse, accidental damage, unauthorized repairs, missing accessories, or any condition different from that at the time of delivery.

** Defective or Incorrect Items **

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged during delivery, or different from the item you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. After inspection, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where applicable.

** Refunds **

Once the returned product has been inspected and approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

** Order Cancellation **

Orders may be cancelled within one (1) hour of being placed. After this period, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed, as order processing may have already begun.
